I really love your blog it serves as an eye-opener to all of us.
A lot of people are struggling on their lives they are always mad, disappointed, depressed, angry. This article and your book "The Law of The Garbage Bag" will enlighten us on how to face each trial that coming into our lives.

You're right, Drop Suspension. We all have our frustrations, that's why we want to be careful to vent with the ones we care about (after asking permission), and not dumping. I write more about that in the book, The Law of the Garbage Truck.

I love your garbage truck concept and use it all the time in my laughter yoga workshops that I lead. It is particularly useful for those in customer service jobs where they are constantly barraged by the customers either in person or on the phone. Great analogy and very useful to make the positive energy chain tangible and real.

IF you don't take the pledge every morning the first traffic light of the day will have you talking to the car that just blew through the light as you began to move and then you catch yourself cutting off someone else in response. What a way to start the day. So a little pledge and remembrance of those who really count in your life not the other drivers garbage and the trip becomes a little less stressful and a lot safer.
